Victory was established on 1986, acquired the NVOCC Certificate
(NO.MOC-NV 01677) in 2004.
As a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier, Victory is authorized
as the general agent by CMA-CGM, MSK, DELMAS, MOL and PIL, and
has established strong connection with other major carriers as
well.
We handle LCL, FCL, Bulk, Tank and project cargo, worldwidely.
We now concentrate on ocean freight service to Europe and Africa.
We provide tailer-made services for these two continents.

The domestic offices and agents have spreaded all over Guangdong
Province and other major ports of China, as a result of our aggressive
